What’s so good about it? Coconut sugar is a cane sugar alternative. It is mineral rich containing twice the iron, four times the magnesium and over ten times the zinc than regular sugar.
How is it made? Coconut sugar comes from the flower blossom of the coconut palm. Wild harvested from palm groves run with organic practices. The syrup is gently heated to evaporate the water producing a mild caramel taste – creating the perfect sweetner that adds flavour, nutrition and is LOW GI (35).
How do I use it? Coconut Sugar is a great substitute for cane sugar or sugar alternative. Use it anyway you would use a sweetener 1:1 ratio.
