The flavour of The 3 Bees Pollen is a little nutty with a hint of flower and very earthy. It is very enjoyable on the palette, however in many things that you have it in such as smoothies, veggie juices etc you would not notice it. In yogurt and herbal teas it gives a very nice earthiness to the taste.
