High potency Fortified Vitamin A 4000IU and D3 400IU. Easy to swallow capsule in a one a day dose.

Adult only Dosage:

Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as recommended by your health care professional.

Free from:

Lactose, dairy, sugar, salt, gluten, artificial flavours, colours and preservatives

Ingredients (per capsule):

Cod Liver Oil 160mg
Fortified to supply Vitamin A (Retinyl palmitate) 1200mcg R.E.
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol 10mcg) 400I

Warnings: Do not use in pregnancy. Taking more than 8000IU of vitamin A per day during pregnancy may cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. The recommended adult daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 2500IU.
