- Sleep Ease contains herbs traditionally used to help relieve sleeplessness and for the symptomatic relief of mild anxiety.
- Sleep Ease provides herbs traditionally used to help promote sleep by relieving sleeplessness due to restlessness and mild anxiety, and to reduce the effects of nervous tension and mild anxiety.
- Sleep Ease contains herbs traditionally used for their sedative and antianxiety activity to help promote sleep.
- Ziziphus is traditionally used in Chinese medicine as a sedative to help relieve sleeplessness.
- Magnolia bark is used in traditional Chinese medicine for the symptomatic relief of mild anxiety.
- Passionflower is traditionally used to relieve restlessness and sleeplessness as a result of nervous stress.
- Californian poppy is traditionally used as a sedative to relieve nervousness and sleeplessness.
Directions
Adults – Take 2-3 capsules, one hour before bed or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Children under 12 years – Only as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
