Food To Nourish Balls - Green Envy Bliss Balls

A vanilla flavoured bliss ball loaded with organic spirulina! Spirulina is like nature's multi-vitamin, it's bright green and rich in a large range of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and anti-oxidants. Each bliss ball provides you with 1 gram of spirulina, that's almost 1 teaspoon!

We make sure to activate the hazelnuts and macadamia nuts we use in these bliss balls. We soak them in water, sea salt and apple cider vinegar for 12 hours and then dry them at low temperatures for 48 hours. This destroys the anti-nutrients in the nuts making them much more digestible and tastier!

Each bliss ball is blended and hand rolled in the Food to Nourish kitchen with great care and attention. Some days we will roll and package as many as 2,000 bliss balls!
