The following ingredients are in Vital Greens and not in
Vital Kids:
Chlorella, Alfalfa, Hawthorne, Rosemary, Burdock, Gotu Kola, Withania, Milk Thistle, Slippery Elm, Siberian ginseng, Licorice, Alpha Lipoic acid, Astragalus, Shiitake, Reiishi, Resveratrol, Co-enzyme Q10, Dandelion and Bromelain.

The following ingredients have been added to Vital Kids:
a. Brahmi – learning and concentration
b. Iron amino acid chelate – growth and energy
c. Aloe Vera Gel – gentle digestive support and anti-inflammatory

The following ingredients have changed doses to better suit children:
a. Increased Beta Glucans – Immune modulation
b. Increased Broccoli, Red Beet, Carrot & Spinach for fussy eaters
c. Amended vitamins and minerals levels, to suit the needs of growing children.

Directions: For kids aged 5-12 years, just mix 5g (one heaped
teaspoon) into 200mls of water, non-acidic juice or milk.
Storage – We recommend keeping Vital Kids in the fridge and consuming within 90 days due to the probiotic content.
