Why does my urine color change to yellow when I take Swisse Men’s Ultivite 50+?

This is because excess B Vitamins not required by the body are excreted through the urine. This does not mean that you have not absorbed any of the B Vitamins; it simply means that your body has taken what it needs and is eliminating the rest.

We recommend taking 1 tablet daily during or immediately after a meal, as directed on the label. You may like to take 1 tablet in the Morning with Breakfast or1 tablet in the Afternoon with Lunch. Please be advised that we do not recommend you take this supplement within 2 hours of consuming tea, coffee or any caffeinated beverages (such as cola).
