Product Description
Like all our moisturisers, this beautiful body butter is preservative-free. It is rich in moisturising butters and oils, and is perfect for hands, feet, elbows, lower legs, or any area of skin needing intensive moisturising. The cream is delicately scented with rose geranium and patchouli essential oils.
Our creams contain no water and so do not need to contain preservative. Massage into the skin gently and allow a few extra minutes for them to be absorbed. They leave your skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth. Note that you can use far smaller quantities of our creams (less than half) compared to standard moisturisers – a little goes a long way.
Special care:
Because our creams contain no water, they are unlikely to become contaminated by bacteria or fungi and therefore have a long shelf-life. Use clean fingers, keep the lid on, and store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. If the temperature climbs above 25 degrees celsius, they are best stored in the refrigerator. If stored correctly their shelf life is 2 years.

Certified organic unrefined shea butter (fair trade), certified organic virgin coconut oil (fair trade), certified organic macadamia oil, certified organic jojoba oil, certified organic evening primrose oil, certified organic rosehip oil, certified organic essential oils of rose geranium and patchouli, certified organic rosemary leaf extract.

Key ingredients are Fair Trade - shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, coconut flour, marula oil and coffee. We do not add preservatives of any description - not even those approved for use in certified organic cosmetics, because we are not satisfied with their safety. Nor do we use artificial colours or fragrances, or synthetic ingredients- all our ingredients are used in their natural form. We don't use palm oil in our soaps and other products for environmental reasons. It seems that Mokosh is one of the few skin care brands that is genuinely free of palm oil derivatives.
