Guar Gum 75g

Guar Gum is gluten free and an ideal natural food thickener, stabiliser and emulsifier. Very high in soluble fibre, Guar gum is more soluble than locus bean gum and is a better stabilizer, remaining stable in solutions over the pH range of 5-7. Guar gum also contains an emulsifier that helps prevent oil droplets from coalescing. With a thickening ability almost eight times greater than corn-starch, guar gum is very economical.
