The Highest Biological Value Protein Available
The whey protein in Endura™ Optimizer is specifically hydrolysed and predigested to form a complex of di and tripeptides. Di and tripeptides are absorbed faster than non hydrolysed proteins and offer greater muscle recovery.
Balanced Blend of High Performance Carbohydrates
The carbohydrates in Endura™ Optimizer are a specially balanced blend of high performance branched-chain glucose polymers and pure crystalline fructose. These multiple energy sources are metabolised at different rates, resulting in a steady stream of nutrients being supplied to the blood stream for prolonged periods. This greatly enhances endurance and helps stabilise blood sugar levels.
Ideal Ratio of Carbs to Protein For Glycogen Restoration
Endura™ Optimizer contains carbs and protein in a 6:1 ratio. Supplementation with high quality carbohydrates and protein in a ratio of 6:1 is the most efficient way of replenishing glycogen stores, allowing the body to use the carbohydrates as a source of fuel, thus conserving muscle mass.
Directions for use
Serving Suggestions
To make one serve, mix 4 level scoops with 500 mL of water.
For Maximum Growth and Muscle Gain: For maximum gain drink one serve 30-60 minutes before workout and one serve 30 minutes after starting workout.
For Maximum Endurance (prolonged exercise longer than two hours): Every 15 minutes alternate one serve of Endura™ Optimizer with one serve of Endura (the Energy, Electrolyte Rehydration formula).
For Maximum Recovery After Exercise (glycogen replenishment and muscle repair): Drink one to two serves of Endura™ Optimizer within two hours of the exercise and one serve before going to bed.
If used during exercise, the food should be consumed in accordance with directions, to avoid the possibility of gastro-intestinal upset; and the food must be consumed with an appropriate fluid intake. The food is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and with an appropriate physical training or exercise program. Not suitable for children under 15 years or pregnant women: should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.
Do not use if cap and/or bottle seals are missing or broken. This product is sold by weight not volume. Some settling may occur.
