Transporting Cold Items - As some items (such as Probiotics) require cold storage, we offer this Express Post option at a flat rate of $9.95 per parcel.

Please consider adding this Cold Pack Transport - Express option to your purchase if you have selected to purchase a probiotic or other item which suggests storage below 10 degrees.

Things to consider when purchasing Cold Items:

1. Your delivery address - Australia Post and or the Courier Service we use deliver during normal business hours. If you are not home they will take the parcel back to your nearest outlet and await your collection. Consider providing a work address if possible.
2. The transport ice bricks we use should keep the item cool enough for 1-3 business days

Australia Post - Express Post - Cold Pack Transport:

• Delivery to most parts of Australia is normally 1-2 business days in transit
• Includes small transport ice bricks
• Delivered using Australia Post Express Post Satchel.

Standard Post:

• Delivery may take between 3 - 7 business days in transit
• Includes small transport ice bricks

International Delivery

Cold storage cannot be provided with international parcels. We will provide ice bricks within your package however cannot guarrantee that the item will arrive to you cold due to transit times.
