Magnesium Ultra Potent is a super strength formula containing 4 magnesium complexes for greater absorption and utilisation. Magnesium plays an essential role in maintaining and promoting efficient muscle function and nerve transmission.  Magnesium assists in the reduction of nervous tension, anxiety, stress and sleeplessness.

Contains no gluten, wheat, dairy products, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Aspartate is a mineral chelate, meaning it assists the entry of magnesium into the cells of the body.  Aspartate may help to reduce fatigue and increase stamina.  Aspartate and aspartic acid are types of protein - they are NOT the same as the artificial sweetener aspartame.

200 gram powder (lasting more than 1 month).

Directions for use:
Adults add one 5g dose (one level metric teaspoon) to 100- 200 mL of water or juice.
Powder may settle; stir briskly and drink.
Powder also contains malic acid, acacia, stevia, natural lemon and lime flavour.

Cautions and contraindications
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.  A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
