Silica Liquid provides nutritional support for collagen formation, which is important for healthy connective tissue including hair, skin, nails, bone and cartilage. When topically applied it may provide symptomatic relief of mild to moderate acne.

Each 5mL dose contains:
Silica colloidal anhydrous (silica) 150mg
equiv. silicon
 70mg

Adults: Take one 5mL dose (1 teaspoon) in water or juice once daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Shake well before use.
