Sambucus nigra (elder flower)  2g
Nutrients:
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C)  400mg
Quercetin  200mg
Retinyl acetate (equiv. vitamin A 500IU)  150µgRE*
Zinc (as amino acid chelate 10mg)  2mg

*RE = retinol equivalents.

Sweetened with xylitol and fructose.
 
Product Information:
    * Elder    flower    has    been    used    for    centuries    in    traditional    western    herbal    medicine    to    aid    in    the    relief    of    symptoms    of the common cold including nasal catarrh and sinus congestion.
    * Numerous clinical studies support the use of vitamin C in reducing the severity and duration of colds.
    * In vitro studies suggest quercetin down-regulates the allergic response by supporting mast cell and basophil integrity and reducing the release of histamine.
    * Vitamin    A    is    important    for    the    maintenance    and    integrity    of    mucous    membranes,    which    are    the    first    line    of    defence against minor infections.
    * Zinc is included for added immune function support.
 
Directions:
Children: Add 1 scoop (5g dose) into 100-200mL of water or juice. Stir and drink. Take one to two times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
