The Organic Vegan Bake Mixes Banana & Cinnamon Muffins mix does not contain or require the addition of any animal products, so they are suitable for vegan lifestyles, dairy allergies and egg allergies.
Perfect for afternoon snacks, healthy lunchbox treats for kids or just something to impress at your next girls night.
These muffins freeze well too, so you will always have nutritious snacks on hand.
One mix will make 12 standard size muffins, or 24 mini-muffins.
Ingredients: organic almond meal, organic buckwheat flour, aluminium-free baking powder, organic ground cinnamon, organic ground vanilla, organic stevia extract.
What to add: 3 very overripe banana + 1 cup of milk of choice (cow's, soy, almond, rice etc.) + 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey.
Please note this mix contains nuts (almonds).
